The Robert Napier School

KAB Hospitality and Catering Event

Year 11 Catering and Hospitality students put their range of skills to good use and hosted an event as part of their course work to raise money for Kent Association of the Blind.

The GCSE students spent several lessons in the kitchens creating different buffet dishes from pin wheel pizzas to cake pops.  Setting up room 45 for the event was next - organising each table as sweet, savoury and seating.

At lunchtime members of staff were invited to try all these dishes and enjoy music and lunch in the Food Department as the hospitable students saw to their needs.  All the food, drink and entertainment was enjoyed by all staff who attended and have pledged to come back again for more.

Well done to all the students who put on this event.
