  • Girls' football picks up pace with a visit from Gillingham FC

    Girls' football is the fastest growing team sport in the UK. The PE staff at Robert Napier have done lots to promote the game in recent years. The school's partnership with local professional football club Gillingham FC saw our girls benefit from a GFC coaching session held at the school last week.

  • Officially the best left back in the land: Former RNS student Ryan Bertrand.

    Former Robert Napier student and professional footballer Ryan Bertrand is now a regular part of the England squad. Ryan has enjoyed an excellent season in the Premiership with Southampton and will be looking to add to his Champions’ League medal he earned with Chelsea when he competes in the Europa League next season.

  • Mid Kent College Experience Caters Nicely for Hospitality Students

    Last month, Year 9 students visited the Employability Fair at Mid Kent College. The day began with a talk by army Corporal Sergeant L P O’Grady, covering lots of career options, including catering. Representatives from the world of hospitality (including Premier Inn, The Navy, Caterlink, Careerscope, etc) engaged students in discussion at the various stalls at the fair.
