REMINDER: Our temporary Uniform Policy stays in place until the end of term (Weds 23/7). Please ensure your child remembers to bring a water bottle, bag and equipment for learning. Uniform expectations remain important to maintain consistency in learning. Full details below: Students may CHOOSE to wear their full TRNS PE kit instead of the standard school uniform until the end of term. PE KIT CHOICE: We encourage students to bring a TRNS PE hooded top for cooler days or air-conditioned rooms. Tight fitting/hot pants/Lycra shorts are NOT permitted Ankle or trainer socks with trainers ARE permitted. Trainers ARE permitted only when worn as part of the PE kit. If your child chooses to wear normal uniform, they must continue to wear school shoes with leather uppers. UNIFORM CHOICE: Blazers are NOT required Ties are NOT required Blazers or school jumpers are encouraged for cooler days or air-conditioned rooms. NO hoodies, coats or jackets. School shoes with leather uppers - no trainers with standard uniform.

A reminder that bookings are now open for the MedwayGo Summer Provision between Monday, 28 July – Friday, 22 August. Each club offers different fun activities, and families can view and book these activities at go.medway.gov.uk/book/ Use their booking system 'Eequ' to register and reserve a space at https://go.medway.gov.uk/book/ There are lots of free spaces available for eligible families.

We hosted our fantastic Careers Fair yesterday! A big thank you to all the businesses and organisations who gave their time to come and inspire our students. Each year group had the opportunity to visit over 20 stands, including representatives from the Royal Mail, Royal Airforce, local Universities and the NHS. Representing the University of Kent was our very own former student Radka who left TRNS in 2019, having joined the school speaking very little English. She now has qualifications from Mid-Kent College, and is studying Criminology at the University of Kent - thank you for returning and sharing your story, Radka!
